Exciting Management Opportunity for a Qualified Nurse, Monday to Friday!
Our client, a well-established Homecare Provider in South Dublin, is looking to recruit a Senior Nurse Client Care Manager to join its team.
The Senior Care Manager will report to the Director of Operations. This is an exciting management opportunity for a qualified Nurse at a highly respected Homecare company as it enters a new stage in its development. The Senior Care Manager will be based in our South Dublin office and will lead an experienced and highly motivated team to deliver the best outcomes for our Clients.
The main functions of the role include:
1. Manage all aspects of Homecare Services for Southside Clients.
2. Provide guidance and leadership to the office team regarding Client Services.
3. Grow the revenue of the Southside branch by managing recruitment of Carers and onboarding new HSE and private Clients.
4. Ensure capacity and business growth by working with the DOO and Operations Manager, focusing on recruitment and retention of excellent carers.
5. Promote and manage acquisition of new home care packages.
6. Manage the start of new Client services from initial contact to establishing a quality, settled service.
7. Conduct homecare assessments of Clients in their homes, hospitals, or convalescent homes.
8. Communicate benefits of services professionally to Clients and families.
9. Create and document tailored Client Care plans in line with Heritage ethos and HSE protocols.
10. Liaise with healthcare professionals including HSE management and local PHNs.
11. Start services for new Clients by matching Carers with the required expertise.
12. Engage with the Quality Team to maintain high-quality, client-centered services.
13. Provide ongoing support for existing Clients, managing medical and HSE-related matters.
14. Lead recruitment processes for new Carers.
15. Collaborate on monthly and quarterly growth targets with the Operations Manager.
16. Contribute to planning and expansion of Client Services.
Essential requirements include:
* Nursing degree (Bord Altranais or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years of postgraduate Nursing experience.
* Management experience.
* Strong desire to advocate for the elderly in a community setting.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and use initiative.
* Confident communication style to influence and reassure diverse backgrounds.
* Energetic, positive, with good judgment and prioritization skills.
* Must possess a driving license.
Desirable experience includes:
* Previous experience in Homecare/Community Care Management.
* Specialization in elder care.
* Business development skills.
* Knowledge of health and social challenges facing the elderly.
* HR/Recruitment experience (a bonus but not essential).
Office hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Benefits include a salary circa €60,000 plus bonus, paid mileage and expenses, free parking, work laptop, and mobile phone.
