With a long-standing reputation in the market and continued investment in growth, they are now looking to hire a Sales Manager to oversee a key division within the Irish business.
The Role: This is a dual-role, where you'll take ownership of a personal portfolio of key accounts across the hospital, nursing home, and community markets, while also managing a small sales team across the Republic of Ireland.
The focus is on high-quality medical equipment sold into both HSE and private clients.
You'll be responsible for delivering against your own sales target and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, while also providing mentorship, coaching, and support to your team.
The plan is to grow the team further in 2025, so you'll also play a key role in future headcount planning and team development.
This role would suit someone with strong field sales experience in the medical space, who's now ready to take on additional leadership responsibility.
Previous management experience is desirable but not essential.
