Denis and Mary Ryan Car Sales are recruiting an experienced salesperson to step into the role of Business Manager / Motor Finance Specialist. We're looking for a driven professional to join our Sales Team. We offer fantastic opportunities for individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding role.
Due to the expanding growth of our business and succession planning this unique opportunity will support the Managing Directors as well as business growth with a focus on motor finance.
APA in Consumer Credit/ QFA & previous experience offering Car Finance advantageous. Strong Sales, I.T Skills, Adaptability & driving new business is essential. Use of Fortuna or previous CRM systems desirable. Training on internal systems provided .
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell Motor finance and service packages to customers for a profitable contribution to the Dealership.
* Identify customer needs and establish vehicle ownership status through effective questioning and listening techniques.
* Present features and benefits of motor finance options to customers.
* Ensure accurate completion and processing of documentation, quotes, and proposals.
* Handle financial settlements for vehicles taken in part exchange.
* Maintain strong relationships with finance company representatives.
* Support the sales team and cross-sell ancillary products.
* Maintain positive relationships with the sales team and adhere to relevant legislation.
* Receive continuous training and development opportunities
* Providing great customer service throughout the sales process/ aftersales to maintain a strong customer base.
* Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
* Maintaining up-to-date documents (Weekly/Monthly) of our vehicle inventory, new and used, knowledge of promotions, and financing options.
* Photographing cars and advertising online. This will involve shooting content to promote vehicles. Boosting Google Ads/Website Ads.
* Follow up on Sales leads with potential customers to nurture relationships and also hit sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong I.T Skills and Attention to Detail is must, ability to learn new system and process Sales documents, quotes etc.
* APA in Consumer Credit of QFA /Experience providing Motor Finance or Similar
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Strong Organisational Skills, Adaptability and Ability to implement New processes to improve efficiency of Sales Dept. (Problem solving)
* Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for Vehicles; Commercial or Private Vehicles and a desire to progress a career in the Motor Industry.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Fluent English Speaker with excellent Written English.
* A valid driving license.
