The Role
We are seeking a style-driven, customer-focused professional to join our Furniture & Interiors Retail Department. This role is ideal for someone with a natural eye for design, a deep appreciation for interiors, and a genuine passion for helping customers create inspiring homes.
You will play a key role in delivering a premium, personalised shopping experience—guiding customers with confidence, care, and creativity as they select furniture and interior pieces that reflect their lifestyle and taste.
Your Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable customer experience
* Process till transactions accurately and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with the interiors team to achieve sales targets
* Merchandise furniture and home accessories to create elegant, aspirational displays
* Maintain accurate pricing and impeccable presentation throughout the department
* Replenish stock and assist with ordering as required
* Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care in handling
* Participate in regular stock counts and full stock takes
* Develop strong product knowledge across collections and seasonal launches
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
