Responsibilities
* Overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, aiding clients in locating qualified individuals to join their organisations while also helping candidates find suitable positions that match their skill sets.
* Cultivating existing connections and forging new ones.
* As time progresses, you will develop expertise in your specific market, leveraging this knowledge to expand your client base and contribute to the growth of the company.
* Your focus will primarily be on serving existing clients rather than engaging in cold outreach, operating within a dynamic work environment while continuously enhancing your industry knowledge.
* In addition to your primary market, you will also gain exposure to various sectors within the industry.
