The Role
We are delighted to announce that Core Exchange is hiring a Video Manager! This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimise TV and Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns for some of Ireland’s largest clients.
As a Video Manager, you will take ownership of campaign planning, buying, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating closely with media owners, planners, and internal teams. This is a pivotal role in ensuring campaign success across a fast-evolving audio-visual landscape, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns across sectors such as telecoms, retail, and sport, while developing advanced expertise in negotiation, optimisation, and AV market trends.

Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise TV and Video-on-Demand (VOD) campaigns for Ireland’s largest clients.
* Lead campaign planning, buying, and post-campaign analysis in collaboration with media owners, planners, and internal teams.
* Develop negotiation, optimisation, and AV market trend expertise.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in AV buying or a related media role.
* Experience in planning is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).
* Proven ability to manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.
