Qualified Accountant
to join a reputable accountancy firm in
Cork city
.
This role is ideal for a proactive
Qualified Accountant
who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing diverse client portfolios and is
keen to progress into the Tax space
.
The successful
Qualified Accountant
will play a key role in supporting both clients and internal teams through high-quality accounting and tax advisory work.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Handle a range of accounting, corporation tax, and income tax assignments.
Assist in training and supporting junior accountants as a
Qualified Accountant
.
Identify client needs and deliver effective, practical solutions.
Qualifications
ACA qualified, ideally operating at
Qualified Accountant
level.
CTA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
However, the successful candidate must be interested in pursuing this certification.
2–3 years' post-qualification experience in a similar accounting role.
Experience producing financial statements in line with current accounting standards.
Good knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
Strong attention to detail with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable.
