About the Role
Gaelic Armour is a fast-growing Irish sportswear brand supplying clubs, counties, schools and retailers across Ireland and internationally. We are seeking an Office / Sales Administrator to support our sales operations, customer accounts, and internal systems.
This role is central to keeping orders, customer communication and systems running smoothly in a busy manufacturing and sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming sales enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp
* Processing and tracking customer orders from enquiry to delivery
* Updating and maintaining customer records in HubSpot CRM
* Assisting sales team with quotes, follow-ups and account support
* Creating sales orders, invoices and credit notes in SAP Business One
* Coordinating with production and dispatch teams
* Monitoring deposits, balances and payment status
* General office administration and customer support
Systems & Tools
* SAP Business One (ERP, sales orders, invoicing, accounts support)
* HubSpot (CRM, customer tracking, pipelines, communication logs)
* Email, spreadsheets and standard office systems
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and admin skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems
* Experience with SAP Business One and/or HubSpot is a strong advantage
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
