We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to join our team in Donegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of construction costs, procurement methods, and contracts.

* Manage all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across multiple projects.
* Prepare detailed cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies.
* Conduct value engineering reviews and provide commercial input at design stages.
* Monitor project budgets, assess variations, and prepare interim and final accounts.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure clear communication and cost control.
* Attend site visits and progress meetings, reporting on project financials and forecasts.
* Support the development of junior team members and promote best practices.

Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Approximately 6 years of professional experience within a cost consultancy or project management environment.
* Proven track record of delivering projects across various sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction costs, procurement methods, and contracts.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in cost management software.
* Working towards or holding chartership (SCSI/RICS) is desirable.
