Capacity & Revenue Analyst - Ireland
We need a Head of Capacity Management & Revenue Manager for Ireland. This role involves analytical supply planning to ensure vehicle availability, meet customer demand, optimise revenue and asset utilisation, and minimise costs. You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, and Operations to enhance planning, meet market demand, and manage logistical constraints. This full-time, permanent position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, car rental operational experience, and cross-team collaboration skills to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Analysis
* Demand Monitoring: Track booking trends across car classes and locations to forecast needs.
* Upgrade Strategies: Evaluate upgrade trends and pricing to ensure profitability.
* Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators like Revenue Per Unit (RPU) and Revenue Per Rental (RPR) across locations.
* Behavioural Insights: Analyse rental behaviours to inform pricing and operational adjustments.
Capacity Management
* Capacity Planning: Ensure rental capacity matches demand by monitoring limits and planning for peak times.
* Utilisation Maximisation: Strategically use upgrades and premium fleets to maintain high RPU while meeting customer expectations.
* Fleet Movement: Facilitate vehicle transfers between locations to optimize utilization and address regional needs.
* Idle Time Reduction: Identify and address periods of fleet underutilization to improve cost efficiency.
* Northern Ireland Coordination: Plan for vehicle returns and allocate resources as needed.
* B2B Support: Assist in sourcing and coordinating vehicles for bulk business contracts.
* Reporting: Generate and analyse weekly reports (e.g., Book of Business, upgrade utilisation).
Your Skills
* At least 3 years in a similar role within the car rental industry would be highly desired.
* Familiarity with Qlikview, or similar package
* Excellent knowledge of Excel & MS Word Package essential
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
* Understanding of logistical and operational constraints in a car rental environment.
* Strong attention to detail with exceptional administration skills.
* A willingness to learn
