Agricultural Sales Representative
Field-based – West Cork / County Kerry Border

They are now seeking a motivated Agricultural Sales Representative to manage and grow their customer base across West Cork.
This role is all about building relationships, understanding farmers' needs and becoming the trusted person they turn to for advice and support. You will have full ownership of your territory, the backing of a respected brand and the freedom to run things your way.
The Role
* Manage and develop your own territory, building strong, long-term relationships with local farmers
* Act as the first point of contact for your customers, providing advice, support and service excellence
* Drive sales and achieve targets through proactive, hands-on work across your area
* Represent a trusted family business with a reputation for quality and reliability
Who We Are Looking For
If you are passionate about agriculture and enjoy connecting with people, we would love to hear from you. We'd be open to hearing from people from:
* Agricultural sales backgrounds (merchant, co-op, feed, animal health, machinery etc)
* A customer-facing role within the agri or rural community (such as retail or trade counter)
* A farming or agricultural college background, and are now keen to move into sales
Requirements
* Some experience in sales or customer service
* A genuine interest in farming and the agricultural sector
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
* Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
* Full driving licence required
* Knowledge of nutrition or forage is an advantage, but full training will be provided
What's On Offer
* Base salary up to €40,000, depending on experience
* Uncapped commission, rewarded for every sale (OTE around €55,000+ in year one)
