Job Description:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance. They will manage staff, maintain stock levels, and drive visual merchandising to engage customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and exceed store targets and key performance indicators
* Recruit, train, and manage staff
* Manage cash, wages, budgets, and systems administration
* Drive excellent visual merchandising and store standards


Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

* 2-3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership skills
* Experience in visual merchandising
* Strong retail product knowledge
