DublinBusiness Development / Sales Lead## **YOUR ROLE**We are seeking a driven and client-focused Client Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT consulting in the Banking and Capital Markets domain, who thrives in a client-facing environment.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Irish market, building strategic relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities of the role:*** Contribute to sales activities to expand our footprint in the Irish market, with a strong focus on Financial Services Clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client needs.
* Support client relationships by offering tailored solutions and maintaining regular engagement.
* Assist in preparing commercial offers and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including contract support.
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
* Work with international Capgemini teams to leverage global expertise.
## **YOUR PROFILE*** 10+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, sales, or account management within IT services, with strong expertise in Financial Services clients* Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions that drive measurable value.
* Skilled in account planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting using CRM tools* Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
