Document Management Specialist (6-Month Contract - Strong Potential to Extend)
Location: Cork (Hybrid Working Model)
Rate: €17 - €19 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This role is ideal for candidates with administration, Document management or project coordination experience who are looking to further develop their skills in document control and project support within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organise, and manage project and business documentation across various platforms.
- Maintain document version control and ensure records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Support teams with document preparation, formatting, and tracking.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks linked to project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards related to document management.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business to support project documentation needs.
What do you need?
- Strong background in administration, business support, or project coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using document management systems or shared drives.
