A Credit Controller is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork city based client.
This is a permanent role with a well-established nationwide provider of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.
Role of this position
Maintaining accurate records; allocating cash receipts against invoices, issuing customer statements, chasing unpaid invoices, and so on.
Collecting amounts due from customers in a timely manner.
Checking customer's credit eligibility and inputting information into the approval process.
Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions.
Opening new accounts as applications are approved.
Issuing warranty and unused credits before month end.
Implementing changes in the company's credit control system.
Liaising with the accounts and engineering teams to answer queries from customers.
Running month-end reports to close each month.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experienced Credit Controller with at least 3+ years of experience, ideally in an SME.
Experience with Sage software is desirable.
