Ward Personnel require a Civils Foremen to manage groundworks projects in Bray.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Foreman on large civils projects.
Your duties will include:
Providing advice on the management of projectsOrganising the various professional people working on a projectCarrying out risk assessmentsMaking sure that all the aims of the project are metMaking sure the quality standards are metUsing IT systems to keep track of people and progressMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedOverseeing the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budgetAgreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with sameMaking sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budgetEnsuring an efficient construction siteDelivering projects with the highest qualityWorking with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe ensuring safe construction at all timesRequirements:
The successful Foreman will have at least 5 years' experience working for main contractors in Ireland or the UK.Must be able to manage a large team.Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.Get in touch and let us know what salary you require.
