Are you from a technical background, looking to utilise your abilities within a supply-chain and logistics environment? Our Printer Technician role could be for you! This role has a balance between on-site work in our warehouse, as well as being customer facing and visiting our customers at their own sites.

You\'ll have on-the job training to upskill your technical abilities, in a relaxed and friendly warehouse environment. It\'s a great opportunity to join a well established business and grow your skillset. This role is Monday - Friday, full-time. You will need a full drivers licence for the position. Whilst past experience in a similar role would be beneficial, it\'s not essential. What we\'re looking for is someone with the right attitude - if you are willing to learn and have a a good technical background, then you\'ll fit right in.
The Role And Responsibilities
* Configure a variety of mobile/ handheld end user devices with the required software (documentation and training provided on this).
* Implement Printer applications and solutions for our customers.
* Pre and Post Sales implementation of card print applications.
* Attend and carry out on-site printer support and repairs for our customers.
* Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices utilising our Tracking System or customer asset registers.
* Undertake the checking and receipt of incoming goods in line with Company process (training on this provided).
* Pick line items on sales orders as per Company processes, making the goods available for packing and dispatch.
* Package finished and repaired goods ready for shipment.
* Work with the technical services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
* Book the collection of goods from Clonmel and off-site locations using approved courier systems, ensuring delivery/collection addresses are correct.
* Raising and issuing device repair quotes to the required stakeholders.
* Processing quote acceptances and manage the next steps within the device repair processing.
* Process device exchange requests in a timely manner.
* Manage the return of faulty exchange devices through the required channels.
* Liaise with the couriers to ensure that shipping and collections of devices are accurate and on time.
* Assist and support other operational staff and processes as and when necessary.
