Production Manager & Development Chef
Location: Baldoyle, Dublin 13

We're looking for a Production Manager & Development Chef to join our team at HQ in Baldoyle.
This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day food production while leading new product development and process improvements across our award-winning seafood brands —
Seafood Suppers, Salty Buoy, and The Urban Monger.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food production and ensure consistent quality and efficiency
Manage and support the production team, promoting a culture of excellence
Develop and refine new products from concept through to launch
Maintain and update HACCP, traceability, and compliance documentation
Manage production planning, yields, and costings
Work closely with management to identify and implement process improvements
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and retail customers where required
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in food production, manufacturing, or large-scale kitchen operations
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
Experience with NPD (new product development) and scaling production
Confident with spreadsheets, yields, and production data
Organised, reliable, and able to lead by example
Passion for great Irish seafood and sustainable sourcing is a plus
