About the Job:
* Our payroll specialist role involves managing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients with a large number of employees.
* We require someone to handle multiple payments and deductions including salary, overtime pay, holidays, sick leave, BIK, pension, health insurance and bike to work schemes.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing workings and providing calculations as necessary.
* They will also handle complex payrolls and client queries in a professional manner.
* As a key member of our team, they will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and take ownership of multiple payroll entities.
What We Are Looking For:
* At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably using Micropay software.
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of csv file imports are essential.
* Excellent problem-solving and judgement ability, along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, is required.
* A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills is what we need.
