What You'll Do
As our Sales Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for new client acquisition across the US, Europe, and Australia. You'll be the primary engine driving revenue growth.
Your day-to-day:
• Hunt relentlessly for new opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
• Build and manage your own pipeline from qualification through close
• Understand complex compliance challenges facing global enterprises and position our solutions as the answer
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, compliance, and IT decision-makers
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Test, iterate, and refine sales strategies in a fast-moving startup environment
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
• 3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success in new business development
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota through outbound prospecting
• Comfortable working autonomously as an individual contributor
• Experience selling to enterprise clients in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, technology, education) is a strong plus
• Natural curiosity and business acumen to understand GRC challenges
• Resilience and persistence—you don't take "no" personally and you love the chase
• Native level of English with ideally another European language like French or German
