Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering high-quality care to young people.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and supportive environment.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent.
* Full, clean manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland).
* Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
* Experience working in services that use TCI.
* Minimum 2 years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons, including those who may be separated children seeking international protection.
