Amatino is a progressive Irish professional services firm with offices in Dublin, Cavan, Monaghan and Carrickmacross. We provide accounting, tax and advisory services for ambitious and entrepreneurial businesses. Our team of qualified accountants work with businesses across many different sectors from new business start-ups, manufacturing, engineering, consultancy, food production, service, retail, hospitality and agricultural businesses.
We currently have vacancies in our Cavan office for Trainee Accountants. This role is open to both newly commencing trainees and part qualified trainees, and the preference is for those who wish to pursue an accountancy qualification via CA/ACCA, or for those pursuing the Accounts Technician qualification.
The Role
Working as part of a team and under the supervision of a qualified accountant and partner, the trainee will gain a wide exposure to all aspects of auditing, accountancy and taxation throughout their training.
In-house as well as institute-based training will be provided and all trainees will receive the required support and study leave to help them achieve their professional qualification.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven educational track record in accountancy and finance subjects to a minimum of Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
* Be able to display good organisational, planning and communication skills together with the ability to work in a team environment
* Be computer literate.
* Work experience within an accountancy practice will be beneficial but is not essential.
