As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within and promoting the Company Values - Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed. The Covalen team is supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market. Covalen is growing its team to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.
An ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, analyze information, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and timely, collating information from customers.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Keep customer records up to date according to CCMA/CPC regulations.
* Drive sales to meet targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities, including cross-selling relevant products.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Eligible to work in Ireland and pass all background checks.
* Participation in a virtual interview, online tech, and English assessments.

Location: Henry Street, Limerick, onsite.
Contract: Permanent Part-time.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11 AM to 3 PM OR Saturday to Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Initial full-time training for 9-11 weeks, Monday to Friday 9-5:30.
