If you're passionate about shaping the future of a global organisation through bold, systemic change—this is your opportunity.Primary Location: Dublin, IrelandOther Locations: Hyderabad, India; London, United Kingdom; Nuremberg, Germany; Prague, Czech Republic #LI-HybridRelocation Support: YesAbout the RoleResponsibilities:Partner with senior leaders to diagnose and solve complex organisational challenges across global business unitsLead high-impact organisation design, development, and change management initiatives aligned with strategic goalsManage and develop a team of OD Directors, ensuring effective prioritization and delivery of workAct as a senior consultant, simplifying complexity and enabling business performance through tailored interventionsOversee a portfolio of OD projects, collaborating with internal teams and external consultantsFacilitate cross-functional consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions across P&O and beyondBuild organisational capability through strategic team and leadership development initiativesDrive adoption of professional OD practices and toolkits across the global P&O communityEnsure delivery of OD projects to scope, quality, and timelines, with measurable business impactServe as a thought leader, shaping OD practices and building capability across the global P&O networkEssential for the role:Minimum 15 years of experience in organisation development, consulting, strategy, or transformation rolesProven expertise in leading complex, global OD and change management projectsStrong presence and ability to influence senior executives through consulting and facilitationDemonstrated ability to diagnose organisational issues and design impactful interventionsExcellent analytical and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic, business-focused mindsetExperience working in high-pressure, ambiguous environments with global, cross-functional teamsRelevant degree and postgraduate qualifications in business, behavioural sciences, or related fieldsFluent in English with outstanding communication and relationship-building skillsBenefits & RewardsMonthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your grossmonthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 weekabove the Labour Law requirement); 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due tosickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits fromBenefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 17,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 105 CZK foreach working day (full tax covered by company); Company car / Car Allowance; MultiSport Card,Employee Share Purchase Plan.
