**Construction Project Manager Position**
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage construction project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives
* Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement measures to prevent or minimize delays
* Coordinate with consultants and quantity surveyors to ensure compliance with project drawings specifications and engineering regulations
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in construction project management
* Civil / Structural engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* Experience working on medium – large construction projects
* Strong knowledge and understanding of construction techniques, including set out, survey & level, and temporary works coordination
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in software applications such as TotalStation and Microsoft Office
