About YouYou are an experienced engineering leader with:Strong commercial experience leading development teams. Recent hands‑on development experience and the ability to guide technical decision‑making. Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, CI/CD, automated deployments and Agile development. Experience with automated testing (TDD/BDD) and Git‑based version control. A humble, empathetic, adaptable approach to leadership.
