National Key Account Manager

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strong regional sales strategy, achieving defined sales targets within an agreed budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Oncology and extensive knowledge of local and regional healthcare systems. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure our client's treatments are well known and appreciated, and help give patients the possibility to benefit from our innovative treatments.
This role covers all of the Republic of Ireland and requires excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for building customised regional stakeholder engagement plans that drive best-in-class service, engagement, and impact.
You will collaborate with health system partners, healthcare practitioners, regional patient advocacy groups, and relevant stakeholder groups in the region to support best-in-class oncology care and education. You will also be responsible for building the client's image/brand and awareness for their products in the oncology market in the served area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strong regional plans with cross-functional support.
* Build customised regional stakeholder engagement plans that drive best-in-class service, engagement, and impact.
* Collaborate with health system partners, healthcare practitioners, regional patient advocacy groups, and relevant stakeholder groups in the region to support best-in-class oncology care and education.
* Building the client's image/brand and awareness for their products in the oncology market in the served area.
* Plan, identify, analyse, and implement activities and meetings to optimise regional potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.
* Several years of qualified work experience as commercial representative, preferably in the oncology market.
* Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions.
* Strong identification with our values and loyalty to the company.
* Willingness to learn and continuously develop (trainings and coachings).
