Operations and Bid Executive
to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the manager of
Operations and Bids
, gaining exposure across bids, business development, marketing, and operations.
You'll play a key role in preparing high-quality bid submissions, maintaining staff CVs and project case studies, and supporting the production of marketing and client-facing materials.

What you'll do:
* Lead and coordinate bid submissions and tender documents.
* Keep project case studies, staff CVs, and promotional material up to date.
* Support marketing initiatives and brand communications.
* Provide operational and administrative support to the management team.
* Strong career progression opportunities
What we're looking for:
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in bids/administration is an advantage, but not essential
Desirable
* Experience in the construction, engineering, or professional services sector.
* Knowledge of public procurement procedures and tendering processes.
* Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or bid management software.
* Basic design or layout skills (Canva, InDesign, or similar) would be an advantage.
