Senior Quantity Surveyor Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. This role will involve overseeing the financial and contractual management of key construction projects across Wicklow.
Job Description:
* Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects from initial tender through to final account.
* Prepare detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, estimates, and procurement strategies.
* Lead subcontract procurement, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation.
* Maintain accurate project costs, variations, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
