A part-time legal secretary position has become available in County Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.


Key Responsibilities

* Managing correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service
* Coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth workflow and effective time management


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Degree in law or related field, or equivalent experience
