About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Senior Recreation and Leisure Coordinator at our esteemed facility. This is a full-time, permanent role that involves promoting high standards of work in an environment focused on managing the individual spiritual, recreational, and leisure needs of residents.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work effectively in a team. They will also have experience working in a Health/Social Care environment, be committed to undertaking further training, and exhibit excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
The Senior Recreation and Leisure Coordinator will be responsible for planning and arranging a diverse activity program, including arts and crafts, baking, flower arranging, card games, bingo, exercise sessions, hand massage, nail care, sensory room, and attendance at religious services. Additionally, they will initiate and assist in the planning and execution of events, such as birthday parties or other celebrations and seasonal events.
