Job Description
As a Community Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community-based care services. This is a hands-on management role that requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and effective time management.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage all aspects of client care, including assessing new clients and developing individualized care plans.
