Job Title: Relief Chef Tipperary
A temporary Relief Chef is sought for a busy kitchen in Tipperary and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation
* Assist in stock management and quality control
* Practice high food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example
* Ensure SOPs and food safety control practices are adhered to at all times
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum level 2 Chef qualification
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen/catering environment
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
* Passion for food and exceptional service with excellent communication skills
* Exceptional practical chef skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen
