Leadership Position in Structural Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing design deliverables, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
* Relevant third-level degree in engineering (Level 8 or higher)
* Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent
* At least 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with a strong technical background
* Strong commercial awareness
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to lead, manage, and coach a growing team
* Excellent professional/technical knowledge and skills
