DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor at Senior or Associate level with strong MEP or Data Centre project experience.
Job Description
Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible.Actively participate in the tender/bid processAnalyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for moneyAssist in the preparation and agreement of final accountsCreate estimates and cost plans for key client developmentsOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reportsSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparencyWhat's on offer?Salary circa €80-90k, depending on experience and suitabilityPension, healthcare, income protection and more25 days leaveVery flexible working arrangementsOption to start at or progress to Associate level
QualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying5+ years' QS or Cost Management experienceConsultancy or client-side experience highly desiredMust have extensive M&E or Data Centre experienceChartered status, or working towards.
