About the Person
We're seeking someone who brings:
A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
At least 7 years' post qualification experience, ideally within practice.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more.
Strong technical expertise across accounting, VAT, payroll, and tax compliance.
Commercial insight and a client focused approach.
Excellent communication skills and a solutions driven mindset.
