Job Description:
The Recruiter will collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to engage and recruit top talent across the continent.
This role involves managing a portfolio of openings, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
The ideal candidate will apply strong technical expertise in strategic sourcing, candidate and client management, data analysis, and project management to find top talent.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is required
- Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desired
- In-house recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes for R&D and Commercial roles is highly desirable
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills are essential
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a rapidly changing environment
- Technical expertise in direct sourcing techniques is required
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and relocation and immigration processes
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience is required
