Am Trust International, an insurance business headquartered in London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agreement Officer to join our team.
As part of a global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers, and manufacturers internationally and globally.
We are now looking for an Application Business Analyst, based in either our London, Nottingham, or Dublin office.
In this key role within our Business Systems Team, you will take ownership of managing and supporting core business applications, ensuring data integrity and driving process optimisation across the organisation.
You will play a central role in continuous process improvement, system releases, data quality, and cross‑business collaboration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Partner with business owners to shape reporting requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the Data Analytics team.
Work closely with process owners to optimise workflows, ensure systems are correctly configured, and document processes and controls collaboratively.
Act as a key liaison between the business, the IT Applications team, and third‑party suppliers, supporting system issues, enhancements, and new releases.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in system and workflow implementation within a corporate environment.
You will have a proactive, collaborative, and energetic approach, with strong stakeholder‑management skills and the confidence to challenge, contribute ideas, and influence positive change.
You'll thrive working autonomously, enjoy taking ownership of your workload, and be motivated by making a meaningful impact within a central operational team.
Strong knowledge of SQL or Power BI is essential.
Experience with VIPR, Bordereaux, or Auto Req would be advantageous.
