The Role
What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts across Meta Ads and Google Ads. (Experience with both is required.)
* Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and optimization.
* Understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER.
* Strong copywriting skills for direct response advertising.
* Experience using data platforms (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) for analysis and visualization.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting and data analysis.
* Problem-solving skills and leadership in overcoming obstacles.
* Expertise in Geotargeting Campaigns.
Ideal Profile & Qualifications
* Interest or background in finance, trading, or fintech.
* Experience with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
* Experience managing creative assets and collaborating with creative teams.
* Team-oriented with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
