Cilocht & Riosca Oifigeach (Grd VII) Purpose of the Post The Quality & Risk Management Officer has specific responsibility for the management of the incident reporting system (ePOE/NIMS) as well as management and oversight of the PPPG system for the hospital coordination of insurance arrangements for the hospital. As one of the 2 Grade VII members of the Quality & Risk Management Team, the post holder may be asked to deputise in the absence of the Quality & Risk Manager and also provides support to the Quality & Risk Manager in relation to the functions of the Department.
