Job Title: Sales Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on sales leader to join our team within the construction and furniture sector. This full-time permanent position will be based between two offices, Roscommon and Galway.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 12 staff, drive sales growth, work closely with the CEO on company development, and lead key responsibilities including pipeline management and data-driven planning.
Sales Leadership
1. Lead, motivate, develop a team of showroom designers;
2. Motivate recent hires requiring close training mentoring;
3. Create opportunities for pricing bidding projects;
4. Achieve exceed residential sales targets through pipeline management planning ;
Candidates must possess industry expertise strong leadership skills managing motivating teams direct reports. Commercially astute experience meeting exceeding multi-million-euro sales targets is required. ], "titles": [
