About the Role
* As a Sales Manager, you will provide expert advice to homeowners and businesses on Home Energy Assessments, SEAI grant applications, project management, coordination of contractor works, follow-up BER assessments and finance options.
Key Responsibilities
i. Client Engagement
1. To act as the point of contact and project manager for clients during energy upgrade projects ensuring smooth progress from initial consultation to completion.
vii. Business Development
1. To conduct site visits including accessing attics and other high areas as needed.
Territory & Requirements:
The role covers Kerry, Limerick and Cork with frequent fieldwork required meeting clients and overseeing projects within this region.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction practices with ability explain complex concepts in simple terms along proactive customer focused mindset excellent communication skills willingness work heights confined spaces self motivation adaptability manage multiple projects effectively.
