Job Title: Breakfast Manager Job Description Introduction We are currently recruiting a Breakfast Manager for our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Athlone. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Breakfast Manager to lead the morning and lunch service with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. Youll oversee a dedicated team, delivering a smooth and memorable start to each guests day. Responsibilities Oversee the daily breakfast and lunch service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As Breakfast Manager, lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier guest service. Ensure food quality, presentation, and timing meet the hotels high standards. Work closely with the kitchen team and other Heads of Department to maintain communication and consistency. Coordinate and manage staff rosters, breaks, and floor coverage. Monitor guest satisfaction, service KPIs, and implement improvements where needed. Maintain stock control, forecasting, and adherence to budget targets. The Breakfast Manager will also support hotel-wide service standards and SOPs, particularly during peak periods. Requirements Previous experience as a Breakfast Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Manager in a busy hotel or restaurant. Background in a 4-star or high-end property is essential. Excellent people management, communication, and leadership skills. A passion for hospitality and delivering a welcoming, guest-first experience. Strong understanding of food service, team rostering, and operational procedures. Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Rewards Salary up to €40,000 per annum.
