Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, Reception, and Concierge teams.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and guest satisfaction at all times.
Manage and train front office staff, maintaining high grooming and service standards.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain records, reports, and financial transactions accurately.
Requirements: Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star property.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in hotel management software (Opera or equivalent).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
