The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Financial Services Audit Director (Insurance) to their Dublin, Ireland office.
The Role
Oversee a financial services (Insurance) client portfolio
Help lead the practice and grow existing, and develop, new business
Lead client communication and relationships
Manage and deliver large projects, providing technical and strategic advice
Lead, mentor, and develop teams
Build internal networks and external profile
The Candidate
Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
Currently, or recently, at Director level in an accountancy firm
Financial Services audit experience is essential, with extensive Insurance experience
Experience of staff management and leadership
