The successful candidate will provide end-user support, assist with device rollout and configuration, and support the delivery of key IT initiatives and workstreams.Key RequirementsCandidates should have at least 1+ years' experience supporting or working with:Active Directory account administrationAzure AD / Microsoft Entra IDO365 / M365 administrationWindows Client and Server operating systemsMicrosoft Office applicationsAV and meeting room solutionsEndpoint patchingBasic networking troubleshootingITIL processesService desk toolsThe role is primarily office-based. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support meetings, system upgrades, go-live activities or critical incidents. Flexibility and a willingness to work occasional extended hours is important.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline (advantageous), orDiploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar, or equivalent experienceRelevant professional IT certifications are beneficialSkills & CompetenciesMinimum 1+ years' experience in an IT Support roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage confidential information professionally
