We provide a turnkey service from initial concept, in-house design and engineering, scheduling, in-house health and safety support, on-site install, standby, derig and post event follow up.This role is part of the Senior Management Team with responsibility of event resources including event crew, agency staff, and transport.Responsibilities:Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into youDaily scheduling and management of event crewManagement of agency crew – scheduling and developing supply chain relationshipsProcess crew timesheets and payrollBooking and scheduling of transport and plantUpdating and ownership of operational software systemsDevelop supply chain relationships across transport and crewOverseeing and development the event crew training matrixManagement of operational administration staffRequirements:Minimum of 5 years industry experience including in operationsPrior experience of people managementConfident with IT skills and learning new programsA high-level knowledge of Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word, ExcelA driving license and own car is a plus because of the location of the officeStrong communication skills and confident communicating with people at all levels of the businessA team player, happy to support other members of the teamA good level of written and spoken English is requiredMust be confident with numbers to follow finance and stock requirementsThe ability to organise your own workload and deal with conflicting prioritiesThe role will require working in the Dublin office – flexible home working is also possible 1-2 days per week depending on the seasonal nature of the businessThe role may require some travel from time to timeBenefits:Pension planLife assurance – 4 times your annual salaryEmployee assistance programmeRefer a friend schemeMaternity payEmployee discounts – on hotels, gyms, electronics and moreEducational assistanceCareer progression opportunitiesLong Service Awards
