We are looking for a part-time receptionist, working 20–30 hours a week, for our busy Cork City reception. We seek an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized front-of-house receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy office. Our office is the heart of our operations, and as our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and organized mind that keeps it running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
2. Manage incoming calls and emails
3. Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
4. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
5. Provide administrative support
