Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure meaningful engagement and outcomes.
* Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws in multiple jurisdictions.
* Partner with HR colleagues across regions to address and resolve issues effectively.
* Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support business capability and individual growth.
* Collaborate with compensation specialists to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
* Lead and contribute to global and local HR projects.
* Support the design and implementation of HR programs that drive performance and engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
* Degree in HR or other related subject.
* Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
* Experience working in a matrixed, international organisation.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Fluency in French is an advantage.
* Experience in Irish HR employment law is essential.
