Join a leading financial services company as we seek a seasoned Governance, Regulatory Change and Project Management professional to drive our growth. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full project lifecycle for new Business Projects and Regulatory Change Projects.
* Create and manage project schedules, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
* Develop detailed project plans, RAIDs, RAGs, timelines and reports for stakeholders.
* Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, progress and any changes.
* Identify and manage project risk and issues, working with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Ensuring changes to project scope or timeline are documented and communicated effectively.
* Participating in the continuous improvement of Change Management processes, and lessons learnt.
* Managing the creation of Jira activities, Confluence Business Cases, ensuring documentation meets requirements under Change Management, maintaining traceability.
* Assisting the Head of Governance and the Company Secretarial Function with key Board activities as and when required.
Requirements
* Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in project management or a related field.
* Proven track record of managing projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
